In September 2016, the CEO of Malaysia Innovation Hub, Mr. Vincent Wong spoke at at the 4th Forum on China-ASEAN Technology Transfer and Collaborative Innovation in Nanning, China.
It was hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China (MOST) and The People’s Government of Guanxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
Malaysia Innovation Hub (MIH) also partnered with Qingzhou Industrial Park during the exhibition at the forum.
Mr. Wong was appointed as the Advisor to China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park.
In addition, MIH set up Halal Institute, Herbal Pharmaceutical Institute, Bird Nest Institute and New Power Institute, Satellite Remote Sensing Institute.
MIH met with the Minister of Science Technology and Innovation, Madeus Tanggau, and China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park. They agreed on technology and innovation collaborations between our two countries including investing in a Science Park in Malaysia.
MIH set up China Malaysia New Energy Institute with the Institute of New Energy Shenzhen.
